About College Access Plan
College Access Plan (CAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that collaborates with schools in Pasadena and Hacienda La Puente Unified school districts and community partners to make fully equitable college information accessible to all students. We support students from fifth grade through college graduation. Our programs are free, and we use no limiting criteria like grades, test scores, and legal status. We have developed an adaptable model that meets all students where they are and when they’re ready.
