We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase sales
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
