As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, or conduct surveys.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Input customer data and update records in the company's database.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures for call handling and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
