Call Center Representative - On-site

VeraMed Health – Miami, FL 33126 (Doral/Miami international Airport Area). This position is on-site.

$15.00 per hour - must be available for Immediate hire!

VeraMed Health is a nationwide provider of mail-order medical equipment, with a focus on diabetic testing supplies. We are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn. A new training class will commence shortly.

Full-time position (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 05:00pm and 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.

Job Summary:

Call Center Representatives are responsible for enrolling new customers and servicing existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Represent VeraMed Health in a courteous and professional manner.

· Enrollment of new customers.

· Answer and respond to customer inquiries.

· Assist customers with product troubleshooting and education.

· Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with customers and/or co-workers at all times.

Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Must have computer skills

· Customer service and sales oriented

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
