ICI Services is looking for a motivated SharePoint Developer to support various program offices Remote. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to U.S. Navy clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a SharePoint Developer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, create, test, and deploy SharePoint sites in SharePoint Online.
• Apply permissions and managed content as requested from the customer to manage and secure their data.
• Build custom applications and flows to automate business processes using Power Platform.
• Create custom functionality using REST, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, and JSOM.
• Analyze business processes and where applicable assist in devising a solution within user environment.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the performance of existing sites.
• Recommend improvements to existing applications and flows as necessary.
• Help ensure PII and CUI is properly stored, secured, and labelled.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end-users.

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites including SharePoint Online. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft collaboration and productivity tools.
• The ability to work independently with little or no supervision. 
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary. 
• Familiar with REST, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, and JSOM. 
• Experience creating and refining requirements. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially if working remotely with team members and customers. 
• Ability to explain technical issues to customers in a non-technical way. 

Educational Requirements:

• Associate degree in web-based technology and/or 3-5 years of advanced SharePoint/ web-based experience.
• Security or higher certification (desired).
