Job Responsibilities:
The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining SharePoint Site(s), pages, lists, and libraries. This position will require extensive experience in using out of the-box functionality to develop workflows and custom, interactive designs (e.g., Dashboards). Additional duties may include:
Use proper access controls for operational security management by managing user accounts and establishing and/or maintaining end user access policies and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues or malfunctions and communicate with the IT department for any further support as needed.
Provide SharePoint support and initial end-user training for users.
Perform data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
Prepare documents such as charters, agendas, presentations, and memorandum.
Maintain distribution groups, points of contact lists, and group membership listings.
Create and maintain forms, document templates and a register for CISOD forms and templates which support cybersecurity activities throughout the department.
Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), handbooks, ConOps and instructions for all internal processes.
Keep up to date internal SOP/documentations of all processes at a location specified by the Federal Lead (SharePoint, Shared Folder, Knowledgebase, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
7 years' experience as a SharePoint Developer.
Professional certification related to SharePoint development.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science or related field).
Active SECRET security clearance .
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with SharePoint front-end and back-end use and administration, MS SQL.
Experience with requirements documentation tools such as SharePoint, Atlassian, Jira/Confluence, etc.
