Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a positive person with good communication skills to work directly with our customers as a service associate.

The major job responsibility is customer service for our customer by taking service calls, building accounts, estimating service, dispatching, shipping and receiving, and inventory.

In addition, you may also help by researching parts / equipment, running parts, and other miscellaneous duties. We work with multiple software products, so having a strong software user background will be helpful, as well as good typing skills.

The position is an entry-level long-term position. A mechanical or technical background can be helpful, but we will train you as needed.

We work as a team to keep customers satisfied and everybody should be willing to help in this team environment.

Job Qualifications

Prior experience taking service calls

• Strong communications and customer service skills.
• Computer literate - Excel, Word, Email, etc.
• Spanish-speaking a plus.
• Forklift Certified a plus.
• Clean Driving Record a must.
• Reliable, friendly, honest, and motivated.
• Minimum High School Education or G.E.D.
