iCarryAll Los Angeles, CA, USA Job Position: Sales Associate/Sales Manager (Full Time Position) We are an electronic store located in Hollywood and we are currently looking for a full-time/part-time assistant manager/sales associate/manager. Core Responsibilities:
Operate a POS (point of sale) cash register and inventory management system including the accurate entering of sales information.
Receiving payment for products.
Processing credit card transactions.
Making correct changes, and exchanges.
Engage customers and assist in the selection of merchandise.
Working knowledge of Electronic merchandise.
Pull merchandise from the stockroom, and stock and display in-store.
Maintain the store appearance including keeping merchandise neatly organized and attractively displayed, dust and clean regularly, and arranging merchandise to maintain the highest level of visual presentation.
Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner.
Carry out the day-to-day goals and priorities assigned.
Accurately process retail special orders including accurate sales information to customers, order fulfillment, payment and shipping.
Maintain stockroom merchandise organization and cleanliness.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ability to meet sales goals.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Please be open to working day and night shifts including weekends.
