Job Title: Muslim Youth Program Manager

Part Time: Between 60-70 hours/month

Compensations: $15.00-$25.00 ( Based on Qualification)

Remote & In-person (Sundays).

Job Description:

IAM Youth Group is seeking a dynamic youth program manager to join our dedicated team. As a Program Manager, you will work alongside the program founder and administrative team, playing a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your contributions will help drive the growth of the organization and ensure the continued success of our exceptional program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the leading Muslim youth organization in the Tampa Bay area. With over 80 students and 15 teachers, you will be part of an exceptional team, making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. All IAM Youth staff must undergo a Level 2 Federal background check.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Min. College degree.

- Bilingual English/Arabic.

- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

- Non-profit organization background knowledge.

- At least four years of experience working in the US.

- Excellent leadership & Management skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadline.

- Event planning & executing skills.

- Proficiency in managing digital platforms and computer software ( Google Workplace, Microsoft, Canva..etc)

- Experience working with diverse youth populations is highly desirable.

- Proven track record of managing programs for youth, children and adolescents.

- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Passion for working with youth and contributing to their development and empowerment.

- Must be a US citizen and legal to work in the US.

On-site Responsibilities:

· Sundays: Available every Sunday to oversee program operations from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

· Field Trips: Chaperone and manage students during 2-4 field trips annually.

· Community Service: Participate with students in community service events.

· Events: Manage major organizational events.

· Staff Meeting & Planning : Attend meetings, trainings and Semester planning sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

· Team Management: Oversee the IAM Youth Group team/teachers, including lesson planning, monitoring staff attendance, and conducting observations.

· Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date student databases and filing systems.

· Financial Oversight: Support financial tasks, including monitoring tuition, tracking past due payments, managing event budgets, and sourcing quotes for venues.

· Data Management: Ensure the ProCare Program and all student & parent records are current. Maintain parent email addresses in the Gmail info account and update email groups as needed.

· Documentation: Continue to manage records on Google Workplace and ensure backup of all data, including photos, documents, parent letters, WhatsApp messages, lessons, etc.

· Form Creation: Create and maintain necessary forms such as Google Forms, Signup Genius, Survey Monkey, and others as required.

· Event Planning: Plan and execute events, field trips, workshops, major events, and program activities.

· Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents, students, and team members through email, phone, and in-person interactions. Manage and respond to messages on IAM Google Voice daily.

· Marketing and Outreach: Assist with social media marketing, and design flyers, newsletters, and posts. Conduct research and gather data to support various projects and initiatives. Seek community partnerships and sponsorships, maintaining records of all sponsors.

· Volunteer Coordination: Assist with volunteer recruitment, training, and appreciation efforts. Send thank-you cards for Eid, Ramadan, and maintain our mailing list.

· Fundraising: Research and manage fundraising opportunities, creating materials to achieve fundraising goals. Seek community partnerships and sponsorships.

· Meeting deadlines: Ensure all program deadlines are met and maintain a program calendar for tasks and major events.

· Curriculum Planning: Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum, lesson planning & Student Assessments.

· Safety and Inclusion: Support the organization in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
