**Key Responsibilities:**  

From coordinating VIP deliveries to maintaining top-notch sanitation standards, your role will encompass:

• PAX Trays:** Stack sauces, balance colors, maintain portion control, and add garnishes.
• PAX Bulk:** Prepare salads and manage different lid types.
• Restocking/Prep:** Manage cold line, hot food, and paper goods.
• Cross Utilization:** Efficiently use ingredients across different dishes.
• Equipment Handling:** Operate and clean slicers, mixers, warmers, food processors, ovens, and more.
• Prep Work:** Handle cold prep, baked goods, and bulk prep for corporate clients.
• Cold Stations:** Monitor temperatures and ensure proper setup.
• Crew Meals:** Prepare and label bulk crew meals efficiently.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

1 years experience in catering or food preparation 

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
