Experience & Skills:• Proven experience as a skilled electrician, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety procedures.
• Experience with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment, including multimeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other local regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:• Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
• Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.
• Complete all assigned work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.
• Collaborate with others, including project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople, to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients are updated and satisfied with the work.
• Strong understanding of training apprentice electricians.

Education/Training:• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or electrician certification.
• Valid state electrician license.
• Strong understanding of electrical techniques, safety procedures, and electrical tools.
• Must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
• Must possess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Work conditions:• Frequent exposure to electrical hazards, so adherence to safety protocols is crucial.
• May involve working in various conditions including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor weather conditions.
• Physical demands include standing, bending, and carrying heavy equipment.
