I am Holdings Corporation is Hiring an Electrician Apprentice Near Odessa, TX

Position Overview:The Electrician Apprentice will work under the guidance and supervision of a licensed electrician to develop the skills necessary to become a fully licensed professional. This role involves assisting with installations, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance with the National Electrical Code.

Responsibilities:•Assist licensed electricians in installing and maintaining electricalsystems including wiring, lighting systems, and control systems.
•Identify and use the appropriate power and hand tools for various tasks.
•Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instrumentsand hand tools.
•Understand and practice safety procedures, especially when workingwith electricity.
•Study electrical blueprints and diagrams to determine the location ofoutlets, circuits, and other electrical equipment.
•Maintain a clean working area and ensure tools and equipment are keptin proper working order.
•Attend training sessions and workshops to increase technical knowledgeand skills.
•Conduct tests to ensure electrical systems and components are properly installed and functioning.

Experience & Skills:•Basic knowledge of electrical systems and willingness to learn.
•Ability to use electrical tools and instruments.
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

•Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform a variety of tasks invidious environments.

Education/Training:•High School diploma or equivalent.
•Enrollment in an electrician apprentice program or vocational school preferred.

Work Conditions:•Exposure to various environments including indoor facilities and out door sites.
•Work near live electrical wires and systems.
•Potential exposure to varied weather conditions: extreme heat/cold, sun, rain, hail, sleet, snow, high winds, and others.
