The HR Generalist is located at our Bolingbrook, IL facility and is responsible for various aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Generalistplays a key role in providing HR guidance and support in developing and building strong relationships with operational areas and employees and will support the HR Manger with employee relations, HR policies and procedures, performance management, merit increases, and more. This is an on-site position.
