```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities, this includes canvassing neihborhoods to find new clients
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service

- Conduct roof and home exterior inspections to properly advise the client on all options
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize sales and profitability
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Utilize Acculynx or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Manage projects from new lead status though to complete and acheive a 5 star review

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent account management abilities to foster long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Proficiency in Acculynx or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions
- Strong analytical skills to inspect client properties and properly advise on best options
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Construstion knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
