Job Details

Job Location: 2020 Corporate Office - Dallas, TX
Salary Range: Undisclosed

Description

This role is responsible for understanding the organizations needs based on growth, goals, and change to effectively identify the best talent. The individual selected for this role will work on expanding upon current recruiting initiatives in place by establishing and defining an internal Internship Program and creating and maintaining relationships with colleges to build a new pipeline of candidates.

  • Lead the recruiting process including screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for hire.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews between recruiters partnered with Hyphen and the appropriate Hiring Managers to ensure candidates and interviewers are in the right place at the right time with the information and resources they need.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Create College Career relationships with local programs to leverage graduating individuals to join our entry-level roles.
  • Establish and facilitate a structured Internship Program that strategically measures their efforts, successes, and outputs to define the value of the program.
  • Research and perform annual salary benchmark data analysis to ensure we are competitive in the market and have a singular reference for appropriate industry market rates for our industry.
  • Attend headcount management meetings with Senior Financial Analyst to establish recruiting priorities and initiatives (Net New and Backfill requests) as it relates to approved personnel resources across all internal departments.
  • Partner with HR Generalist to ensure proper assigned training to all new hires, managers, etc.
  • Partner with IT to ensure proper equipment, set-up, and account access is provided to new hires upon their first day.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to integrate a social media initiative to advertise our openings, career paths, and employee testimonials/experiences.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Utilize Hyphens Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and applicable social media platforms as primary recruiting resources to remain organized.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring candidates are informed, receive timely communications regarding the status of the interview and onboarding process, and are treated with the utmost care throughout the process.
  • All additional duties in field of study

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty as described above satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a Coordinator Human Resources role within a small to mid-size company
  • SHRM Certified Professional Human Resource (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time accordingly
  • Strong communication, reasoning, and logic skills
  • Must be able to work with all levels of Hyphen personnel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
  • General knowledge of PCs, networks, and web-based applications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Maintain a hybrid work schedule that agrees with the expectations of the Human Resources department.
  • Minimal travel is required to attend job fairs when applicable.
