To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Team Lead, Production to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the proper execution of the Production plan from beginning to end by managing & distributing the work of his line;
• Ensure that all under his/her responsibility is running smoothly and notify the Supervisor when not;
• Motivate team members by acting as an example and being a role model within the team;
• Support his/her supervisor as needed;
• Maintain systems routing and collect datas in order to populate KPI & metrics;
• Participate in the Daily Morning Meetings with supervisors and gather directives for the team;
• Replace team members when needed. Perform production duties such as, cabling, screwing, crimping, labeling operations and scanning;
• Participate with quality team members to resolve production and quality issues;
• Provide clear instructions and train team members;
• Promote and maintain HS E culture. Ensure that all employees have and use their PPE (personal protective equipment);
• Responsibilities may change or others may be added.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• At least one (1) years’ experience in a production environment;
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions;
• Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division;
• Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections on products;
• Ability to utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties;
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position: May be required to stand for long periods of time; may involve some repetitive motions;
