We are looking for an Manager, Production to join our production team in Indianapolis and who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Ensure that productivity, quality and budgetary objectives are met.
• Develop processes, tools and procedures to maintain and/or improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Oversee warehousing and production related activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and employees, including proper prioritization of projects and operational tasks.

What Sets You Apart:

• 5 years experience as a production manager or supervisor, or other related experience.
• Proven ability to manage operations.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO and/or regulated industries is also an asset.
