Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the team in their efforts to properly execute the activities of the Company while maintaining a professional, orderly, and efficient office environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer phones, sort mail, handle office packages.
Record Purchase Orders and receipt of goods and match to vendor invoices.
Vendor invoice coding.
Match receipts to credit card transactions and record proper coding.
Onboarding new hires.
Annual benefit open enrollment paperwork coordination.
Time sheet review and vacation/PTO reconciling.
Prepare certified payrolls for prevailing wage projects.
Vehicle registrations/tags.
Other administrative duties.
Maintains strict confidentiality of all privileged information.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
4 years of experience in similar role
Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint Online
Experience using a Enterprise Resource Planning accounting system like Microsoft Dynamics SL and Business Central and an HR/Payroll software like ADP
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Construction or Oilfield Services preferred.
