Hydro H2O is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. For this role, you will be responsible for develop and strengthen sales and marketing strategies and driving brand awareness across various platforms especially B2B channels. You will also be responsible for planning, developing, and directing the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, execute and manage marketing programs, branding initiatives and events;
• Develop and optimize strategies to improve brand awareness and grow accounts;
• Launch and maintain the sales & marketing campaign across digital, social media platforms for business and consumer channels;
• Identify target audiences and understand where and how to reach them; Build relationships with B2B clients to increase collaboration opportunities;
• Setup sales plan and meet monthly, quarterly and annually sales target;
• Supervises the performance of the Marketing Department. Selects, trains, develops, evaluates, and provides feedback and coaching for all sales and marketing personnel.

Qualifications:

• 3 years e-Commerce marketing experience
• 3 years B2B sales and marketing experience
• 3 years of experience in project or team management
• Sales and Marketing experience in businesses of sports/fitness/out-door products will be plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and collaborating with a team of social media experts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
