Job DescriptionDay to day order entryFile maintenance / Maintain an orderly and current accounting filing systemTrack order progressEstablish and maintain customer relationships, communicate with customers and co-workers to provide accurate informationA/R and A/PReconciliationsRecord cash receipts and make bank depositsConduct a monthly reconciliation of all bank accountsProvide clerical and administrative support to management as requestedReconcile vendor accounts to ensure proper management - research outstanding issues/discrepanciesAnswers all vendor inquiriesQualificationsMust be proficient QuickbooksAccounting or bookkeeping backroundMust be legally authorized to work in the USStrong verbal and written skillsMust be detailed and organizedMust be well dressed and have a polished appearance Must be able to multi-taskMust be outgoing and personable Additional InformationCurrent resume, cover letter and recommendations if possible.
