**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office tasks efficiently.
**Duties:**
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Handle and maintain employee records
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls
-AIA progress monthly billing
-Credit card and receipts reconciliation
-Accounts payable and receivable
-Experience in HVAC and construction a plus
**Skills:**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and procedures
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic IT troubleshooting
- Experience in event planning is a plus
