Where you can make a difference.

• Scrape and spray all ware before it is placed into the ware-washing machine.
• Operate all ware-washing machinery properly.
• Rack all china and glassware properly according to type and size to avoid confusion and breakage.
• Ensure that all ware is clean and sanitary before leaving the dish and pot room areas.
• Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas.
• Keep ware-washing area clean and safe.
• Keep ware-washing machinery clean and report any problems with machinery to supervisor.
• Clean work area, drains, and machinery properly at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability.
• Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests!
• A valid Driver's License is required for this position.
