Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our hotel operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining overall efficiency and profitability of the establishment. Duties:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance

- Train and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and specials

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role

- Knowledge of inventory control procedures

- Familiarity with coffee and food service industry trends

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
