The Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead and supervise our exceptional TEAM! If you take pride in guest satisfaction and have a passion for hospitality, consider this opportunity!

As Assistant General Manager, you will direct and coordinate activities of the Front Office/Night Audit, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Banquets, partners with our Food & Beverage operations as it is a 3^rd party Restaurant named Apple Blossom, and aids General Manager in overall hotel operations.

As Assistant General Manager, you will conducts weekly one-on-ones with department managers, assist with hotel staff selection and all new hire paperwork, conduct employee performance reviews, staff meetings, prepare payroll and assist with accounting related tasks

Prior hotel management experience of varying departments (2 years) is a required, previous Hyatt hotel experience preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and highly organized, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Salary $90,000
