Pay Scale : $18.00 / hr - $24.00 / hr depending on experience

Primary Job Function : This position is responsible for answering all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and "smile through the phone".

Required Qualifications :

• 2 years of answering incoming calls required within a service-related industry is a huge plus!
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm within a fast-paced environment
• Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)

Desired Qualifications :

Service Titan experience or the ability to learn the software
