We are looking to hire in early to mid-June.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the manager in daily planning and attend pre-shift meetings at 3 pm.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and lead team stretches at 3:30 pm.
- Distribute workloads to associates efficiently and ensure proper task assignment.
- Assist associates with training, unloading, and staging of goods.
- Provide necessary supplies to associates as requested.
- Monitor lunch breaks for associates as needed
- Continue assisting associates with training, unloading, and staging
- Close out the shift
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and managers.
- Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and inventory management.
- Physically fit and capable of walking 5 to 10 miles during the shift.
- Willingness to unload trucks and perform hands-on tasks as required.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and Saturdays when needed.
