Job Title: Supervisor II

Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Supervisor II, you will lead the site operations teams to deliver exceptional service to our logistics clients while achieving agreed-upon growth and financial targets. This role is responsible for client service and satisfaction metrics, financial goals, administering company policies, executing operations plans, and efficiently managing operational performance.

Shift: 1st Shift 7am Start Time

Salary: $60k - $70k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site operations teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Achieve financial goals and growth objectives established by the company.
• Administer and enforce company policies.
• Execute operations plans effectively.
• Ensure proper staffing levels to meet client daily volumes.
• Meet and exceed client service KPIs.
• Manage orders and oversee operational performance.
• Ensure safety and welfare of associates, while supporting their career goals and organizational objectives.

• Proven experience in leading operations teams.
• Strong understanding of client service metrics and financial management.
• Ability to manage and execute operations plans efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
