We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience within construction sales or business development.

What we offer:

• Position: Business Development Representative
• Location: Farmingdale, NY
• Compensation: $50,000 annual base salary uncapped commission! Y1 OTE $100K
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research and generate leads to identify potential clients & sales opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through targeted outreach such as cold calling, email, etc.
• Present and market company services to existing & potential clients and answer any inquiries related to services offered, pricing, etc.
• Provide quotes and negotiate pricing, contracts, & terms as needed
• Maintain company and industry knowledge along with competitor activity
• Manage follow up & quality check activities and identify & resolve issues or concerns
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on sales activity

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of construction sales or construction business development required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to establish and grow relationships
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and written & verbal communication skills
• Must be motivated and a results-driven, self-starter
