General Manager Position Open in a Up and Coming Security Guard Company

- Oversee daily business operations and manage company resources efficiently.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve business goals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Manage and lead our team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and maintain operational standards.
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated security efforts.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the security industry or related fields.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of security protocols, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field. Equivalent experience in the security industry or in a managerial role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Relevant certifications in security management or business leadership are desirable.
