JOB SUMMARY:This position is a senior operations management position that reports to Regional and Senior Management. The District General Manager is responsible for meeting financial and operational goals developed by Senior Management as well as developing such goals for the Impact Fire Systems teams. Provide management and oversight to the Managers of the Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, and Suppression Departments. Work to achieve the financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals established by Regional Management.Position is located in Morrisville, North Carolina.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the Regional or Senior Manager to develop company-wide financial and operational goalsDevelop financial and operational goals for Impact Fire Services ManagersClosely manage revenue and cost control; work to correct any company-wide budgetary deficienciesLead the technical and administrative personnel in providing a high level of customer serviceLearn and ensure compliance with all applicable industry codesProtect the company’s assetsPerform other tasks assigned by a Managing Member.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Prior management experience within the Fire Protection industry.Must possess a solid service background.Background in fire alarms is a plus.Demonstrate a high level of customer service.A strong work ethic and professional appearance.Ability to work within a team environment.Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.In addition to the above, the most desirable candidate will have:Industry licensing or certification of competency with fire alarms and commercial sprinkler systems
