Empower Rental Group/ Premier Platforms is hiring for a full-time Sales Development Representative in Byron, GA.
 
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will introduce and sell our products and services to new and established customers primarily by making outbound phone calls but also by taking inbound branch calls, customer walk-ins and other interactions. The Sales Development Representative is a true multitasker who works at the counter as needed while making outbound calls, taking the inbound branch calls and providing both sales support and customer service to internal and external customers. The Sales Development Rep. will work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need. This position requires a customer service attitude for both internal and external customers.
 
Empower Rental Group is a family of local construction equipment rental providers across the Southeastern United States. Local rental companies tend to have great customer service, but are limited in their equipment availability, while large companies have more equipment, but often lack effective customer service and have issues with accurate billing. Empower Rental Group combines the best of both worlds. Our network of ever-growing local equipment rental branches keeps the local rental company customer service and feel but allows access to equipment from all of our locations.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Make daily outbound sales calls
  • Assist outside sales representatives as needed
  • Assist walk-in customer with new sales, pick-ups, and deliveries as needed
  • Answer inbound branch calls, assisting and taking ownership of all customer needs
  • Respond to customer calls timely
  • Track and follow up on existing quotes
  • Assist with project execution tasks such as answering questions around administration, deliver or invoicing
  • Maintain all customer data in the CRM Database and use the information contained therein as the sole source for customer interactions
  • Stay within prescribed budgetary cost requirements as delineated by senior leadership
  • Handles customers’ inquiries/requests timely
  •  Communicates frequently with the customer
  • Maintains a safe work environment
  • Demonstrates behaviors aligned with our Core Values at all times
  • Continuous improvement: assists in driving a continuous improvement strategy within the business to result in ongoing incremental gains in quality and efficiency
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated sales professional that can operate within guidelines assigned
  • High energy with a customer service attitude is a must
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
