Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, you'll work with a discerning clientele, conducting exclusive showings, guiding negotiations, and forging lasting connections. You will also develop a professional presence and use social media marketing to your advantage.

Responsibilities:

Leasing Agents:

• Conduct exclusive property showings and manage leasing processes with finesse.
• Employ innovative marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Assist clients through the application process and maintain organization of pipeline.

Brokers:

• Represent elite buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
• Navigate negotiations with sophistication, delivering seamless outcomes.
• Develop marketing materials to attract clients and buyers.

Qualifications:

• Illinois Real Estate License (Leasing or Broker)
• Proven track record of success in sales or leasing.
• Ability to work independently with a result-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and mastery of Chicago's real estate market.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
