THE SUPPORT: You will receive the support of our office and team of assistants. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details, which will free you to focus on the leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we will help set. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology. YOU SHOW UP AND SELL and HELP PEOPLE with the American Dream of Home Ownership!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: A resume needs to be submitted in order to be considered for the position. Complete the DISC assessments. Be prepared to provide references.

REQUIREMENTS: An active State Real Estate License. Completed DISC assessment. Professional References.

Responsibilities
  • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing
  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
  • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
