Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Leasing and Broker Students)

Summary: Hudson Burnham Real Estate, a Chicago-based company, is hiring real estate students currently enrolled in a Pre-Licensing course. The company is looking for performance-driven candidates who are committed to investing time and effort into their real estate careers. As a Real Estate Broker or Leasing Agent, you will be guided on your journey to licensure and have the opportunity to start working while studying. This is a commission-based role with no earning limit, offering opportunities for growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:

Commit to a training schedule, spending 3 days in the office with top-performing brokers.

Attend continued training sessions to receive tips, resources, and market updates to stay up-to-date.

Understand and assess client needs and budgets, offering tailored guidance to help them find their ideal property.

Conduct property tours in a professional manner and communicate effectively with involved agents to benefit clients.

Maintain accurate records and track clients using HubSpot software to ensure organization and efficiency.

Requirements:

Currently hold an active real estate licensure as a Leasing Agent or Broker OR have a set exam date for candidates currently enrolled in Pre-Licensing courses.

Possess adept interpersonal skills and the ability to positively represent the company.

Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.

Full-Time and Part-Time options available based on individual goals. As an agent with Hudson Burnham you have control over your schedule.

Compensation: Real Estate Brokers and Leasing Agents at Hudson Burnham have uncapped earning potential, with expected compensation ranging from $2500 to $15,000 per month. The commission earned will depend on individual performance and sales achievements.
