Compensation Range: This is a commission only position. The average full-time real estate broker/agent earns over $50,000 annually up to $300,000.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Chicago residential buyers, sellers and renters.
- Receive and close a high volume of leads, referrals and co-lists
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
- Host open houses
- Prepare market analysis to help clients determine property value
- Consult clients through the real estate process
Qualifications:
- Full-time or part-time
- Licensed IL real estate broker or real estate agent
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Real Estate Sales or Newly Licensed Agents with strong desire and work ethic.
- Best in class work ethic
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a team and individually
