We are looking to add to our team a Remote Automotive Collection Specialist at 5 Star Auto Plaza DBA Diamond. We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in the automotive industry to manage collection activities from anywhere.
As a Remote Collection Specialist, you will engage in customer service-focused collection efforts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
This role requires a strong customer service orientation, automotive industry knowledge, and the ability to work effectively from a remote location.
The remote automotive collections specialist is also in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to mult-task, prefer 1-2 years of collections experience but will train the right applicant.
Remote Automotive Collection Specialist should also exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. Remote Automotive Collection Specialists should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
Hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM-7PM Central Standard Time. Must provide reliable headset, computer and internet access.
