SDR- Sales Development Rep
We are looking for high energy inside sales professionals with experience in Telecoms. The SDR- Sales Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments for the Account Executives position to complete the full life cycle of the sale.
The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, high energy and enjoy building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
- Prospect and generate leads for personal pipeline via cold calling and follow ups
- To evaluate needs and to promote products and services
- Develop a customer base and account management plan for customers
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and methods to include but not limited to prospecting, appointment setting, negotiating, closing techniques and strategies, and product presentations.
- Emphasize product features, capabilities, and limitations based on analysis of customer's needs
- Able to reach 100 to 160 calls per day
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities :
- 2 years sales experience - B2B industry preferred, SMB highly preferred
- Proficient with MS office and ability to excel within a CRM
- Proficient in writing and speaking English
- Knowledge and passion for telecommunications and related services (VoIP, SaaS, hosted communications, cloud communications, hosted call / contact center, managed services)
- Ability to close new leads through solution-selling to small & medium (SMB) customers with the ability to negotiate the terms of sales and service agreements
Compensation :
Full time, $640 Monthly and a $25 bonus for each contract closed successfully. (Selling by others) Sales cycle is 30-60 day.
We are looking to schedule 10 appointments weekly.
Hours :
Monday through Friday, 9-5 : 30 pm eastern
