Project and Implementation Strategist

In This Role, You Will

• Develop in-depth understanding of business goals to plan and execute employee benefits strategy

• Plan an implementation process of multi-year benefits strategy

• Establish and maintain strong and productive professional relationships with key vendor partners, including a detailed familiarity with key vendor partner products and services in support of assigned clients

• Hold vendors and strategic partners accountable for delivering the scope, timeline, and benefits as promised in statements of work

• Manage key projects and make sure that key priorities and deliverables are on track

• Develop detailed project plans & status reports to guide clients, team members and partner vendors on commitments and revise in accordance with changing needs and requirements

• Monitor and report project and vendor performance to ensure timely delivery

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project implementation.

• Proactively anticipates risks, opportunities, plan resources, milestones, and deliverables to manage and implement projects

• Manage and resolve the risks and issues effectively, using the appropriate project forums to escalate items as appropriate

• Facilitate business and operational relationships between vendor partners and internal teams with effective and efficient communication to ensure accurate and timely project delivery

• Provide analysis and recommendations to address challenges, risks, and issues.

• Work with clients to deliver employee communications and open enrollment materials

• Conduct open enrollment meetings

• Responsible for maintaining current and accurate client information in Benefit Point assigned clients

• Ensure that all client service needs are promptly and professionally delivered

• Possess a strong ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, which will include the ability to design and deliver effective group presentations using various media to the client.

• Prepare meeting summaries and follow-up items, making sure all follow-up items are addressed.

• State Life, Accident, and Health license

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• High energy, detail-oriented self-starter

• Significant skill in handling competing demands and projects

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility

• Strong and efficient time management skills
