• With minimal supervision, presents the McClure Company offerings – particularly focused on the company’s target vertical markets; commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and government.
• Increase and maintain business opportunities by working with prospects and customers to identify their needs and present company products and services to meet those needs.
• Create targeted and effective proposals, answer questions and objections in an effective and responsible manner.
• Create cost estimates for mechanical and HVAC scopes of work.
• Survey mechanical systems, equipment and job conditions.
• Increase existing customer interaction and/or other services by maintaining ongoing relationships and insuring customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport and positive working relationships with office staff, field personnel and management. Incorporate a team-building philosophy into all company relations.
• Become proficient on the McClure Company sales selling system.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Five (5) or more years of construction industry experience working with general contractors.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in bidding HVAC services.
• Professional, dynamic presence and ability to communicate with people of all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with measurable goals.
• Keen intelligence and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.
