We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Duties:
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and present our products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Familiarity with technical sales or software sales is a plus
- Proficiency in English language, billingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers
