We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Duties:
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and present our products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Familiarity with technical sales or software sales is a plus
- Proficiency in English language, billingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers
