Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess excellent organizational skills to support project management activities.
Duties:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Assist in planning and organizing project activities
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Support event planning activities
- Handle phone systems efficiently
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy
- Provide administrative support to project managers
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data management and order processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
