HRG Realty Management is Hiring a Leasing Agent Near Chicago, IL
Horizon is looking for capable and driven Leasing Agent to present and lease units in our 344 unit South Loop location to qualified candidates. If you have an outgoing, upbeat, sales driven personality we have the position for you.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Yardi CRM system to receive, respond to and track all incoming leads
- Schedule tours with prospects and show the community and amenities in a positive light
- Determine the wants and needs of prospective customers
- Present all unit options, available terms and pricing. Close sales.
- Adhere to all Fair Housing and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service
Ensure proper maintenance and inspect property periodically
Skills
- Self motivated team player
- Proven working experience as leasing agent
- Working knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing
- Proven sales track record
- Market knowledge
- MS Office, Yardi, Rent Max/CRM familiarity (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive sales skills
- Customer service oriented
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
