Dream Spots Leasing is Hiring a Leasing Agent Near Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

  • Act as a showing agent for vacant rental properties and provide information on amenities and application process for different management companies.
  • Prior knowledge or willing to learn characteristics of different neighborhoods in the City of Chicago.
  • Mandatory** team meetings once a week.
  • Experience or willing to learn how to work in an office environment and handle sensitive paperwork for clients
  • Be able to show at flexible times.
  • 100% commission based!!
  • Maintain professionalism.

Requirements

  • Attend 2 day in person orientation/training. (1 hour)

Must be at least 18 years old.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Have reliable transportation* and smart device.
  • Include resume in the application.
  • We’re looking for persistent, hard working individuals Only!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
