Responsibilities
- Act as a showing agent for vacant rental properties and provide information on amenities and application process for different management companies.
- Prior knowledge or willing to learn characteristics of different neighborhoods in the City of Chicago.
- Mandatory** team meetings once a week.
- Experience or willing to learn how to work in an office environment and handle sensitive paperwork for clients
- Be able to show at flexible times.
- 100% commission based!!
- Maintain professionalism.
Requirements
- Attend 2 day in person orientation/training. (1 hour)
Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Have reliable transportation* and smart device.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
