What is the role?

This role will serve as an internal subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition at HR Works, supporting all of HR Works recruitment (primarily HR related titles), and providing virtual recruiting support for clients in a number of industries. Opportunities to provide consultation and/or training on best practices is also a possibility! This role is focused on quality of hire, retention, and the continuous development of strong pipelines. This role serves as the true ambassador of HR Works in the community by attending career fairs and networking opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of HR functions, loves recruiting, and loves a fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for?

  • At least five years of experience in full cycle recruiting and developing comprehensive recruiting strategies; experience working at a staffing agency is strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in a high-volume environment, filling positions in a variety of industries.
  • Experience implementing data analytics and metrics to ensure our hiring processes are efficient and effective.
  • Experience leading talent acquisition functions of a mid-sized (100 ) company.
  • Extensive experience using a variety of recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Jobvite, really, and experience leveraging applicant tracking technology.
  • Current knowledge of State and Federal employment law; a strong HR Generalist background.
  • Success implementing effective diversity recruitment strategies; knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action laws and regulations is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent internal customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and a very strong attention to detail.
  • An HR Certification and/or education is strongly preferred, as we feel someone who is passionate about HR would be an excellent fit in this role!
  • Experience in Human Resources (outside of staffing) and successfully recruiting Human Resources positions.
