This is a full-time position that is intended for someone looking to help take our company to the next level of operational excellence. This is a standard 8am-5pm position Monday-Friday with evenings and weekends off with the expectation of doing what it takes to get the job done.

The candidate must:

Have had experience in managing multiple projects

Enjoy a challenge and live up to the challenge

Be able to handle a lot of moving parts (No two days will be the same)

Exhibit excellent organizational skills

Be willing to have tough conversations (customers, vendors, team members)

Maintain customer satisfaction throughout projects

Desire to learn to lead our team of carpenters

Have a strong understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook

Ability to keep projects updated in our cloud-based software

Live in the Springfield, MO area

Help our team of carpenters

Manage the macro project schedule

Field measurements

Subs/vendors schedule

Jobs preparation

Weekly customer check-ins

Maintain project budgets

Update operations dashboard

Starting range: $65K-$70K depending on experience team bonuses
