Pay: $68,303 - $77,222 per year based on experience
Location: Onsite at Gresham Barlow School District (GBSD) locations - Portland, OR

Who You Are: You are a visionary leader with a passion for youth development and community engagement. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships make you a trusted advocate for change. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at strategic planning and program management. Additional qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree in a health or education field, and three (3) years of related experience (or equivalent training and experience)
Experience facilitating group projects and planning processes
Strong interest in working with youth in a high school setting
Passion for working with diverse, marginalized communities
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Knowledge of health education and youth-adult partnership program management
Proficiency in program evaluation and data analysis
Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle with the ability to drive to multiple sites
Ability to pass a background check
Your Role: As a Youth Engagement Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in promoting our Student Health Center Program and fostering youth-led projects. Your duties will include: Student Health Center Program:
Coach and mentor high school students
Improve utilization of GBSD student health centers through innovative outreach and promotion
Serve as a liaison between youth, school staff, and Wallace's student health team
Develop health center-related projects and initiatives using evidenced-based planning processes
Provide consultation to develop and support youth-adult partnership best practices
Workforce/Pipeline Partnerships:
Build relationships and program development processes with education and community partners
Assist in building the strategic direction of community partnerships aimed at building the local health professions workforce
Wallace Team Member:
Represent Wallace when working with students, the community, and external organizations
Maintain positive working relationships with all staff in all departments
Other duties as assigned
