We're representing a leading global AdTech platform and currently seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant, Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting to join their rapidly growing public org. They are looking for critical thinkers who can help drive strategy.

Some of the responsibilities:??

• Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and MD&A for SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K)
• Own technical accounting and SEC reporting, including GAAP compliance
• Help with closing the books re technical accounting areas
• Keep Sarbanes-Oxley controls in check
• Collaborate across teams

More info: 

• Looking for at least 2 years' experience, including 1 years in public accounting
• Problem-solver and driven - detail oriented but also can understand the bigger picture & strategy
• CPA preferred but not required
• Tech/SaaS/AdTech industry is a definite plus
• Bonus points for multi-national public company experience
