Great opportunity with a PE-owned manufacturing business that's going through the process of upgrading and upskilling its finance and accounting function, and looking for a top tier Financial Reporting Manager to lead weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting activities, support the exec team on driving improvements and efficiencies, and provide the Board of Directors and various stakeholders with financial insights to drive decision making.

This role offers a high level of learning and growth opportunity, working with company leaders on combined goals.

What we're looking for:

• 5 years of accounting/finance experience with a stable resume and solid career progression
• Experience preparing reporting packages and presentations for management teams
• Strong preference for experience in mid-sized companies with broad exposure in your roles
• Bonus points for experience in product-based industry environments and PE-owned companies
