Houston Water Solutions is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Houston, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to the team. This is a key role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.

Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of payroll processes and experience with payroll software is preferred
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial record keeping
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
