Housekeeper/Cook for a busy Brooklyn-based family!

The Ideal Candidate: A busy family in Brooklyn is looking to hire a fantastic, detail-oriented Housekeeper. They are wanting to hire someone who can be with their family long-term. Someone who is proud of their work and happy to be in their home with their family. They do have 3 kids living in the home, ages 12, 9, and 9. Someone comfortable around children is a must and enjoys them as well. They are kind, they are looking for someone who has a warm and happy personality.

Responsibilities:
- Daily, full-charge housekeeping and organizing for a large townhouse, must be able to go up and down stairs.
- Daily laundry for family (some ironing required)
- Daily preparation of breakfast for children
- Daily preparation of healthy dinner for entire family (able to follow provided recipes)
- Daily dog walking
- Occasional packing and unpacking for family travel
- Regular tracking of household inventory (groceries
This role is LIVE-OUT; however, they can offer LIVE-IN for someone who has a longer commute during the week.

What Works Best for Family: A meticulous housekeeper, with 5 years' experience in high-end, formal homes. The client has a true eye for details and wants someone who can withhold that standard. Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 3 Children, Ages 12,9,9
• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required,

• Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office,Etc.

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: - Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 7:30PM, with scheduled 2-hour break during the day.
• Languages: English is required
• Experience: 5 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Someone flexible, who aims to achieve, trustworthy, a pleasure to have in the home, polite.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $35-$40/hour
• Living Accommodations: Live out, or Live In, Private bedroom and bathroom provided
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO , 3 sick days, paid holidays.
